Rates are subject to AED 10 per room per night UAE Tourism Dirham Fee (paid by guest direct)
Rates are non-commisionable. Rates need to be packaged and not sold as hotel only

Rates are only valid for individual bookings and must not be sold to corporate accounts, exhibition delegates, trade missions, business travelers or groups of any nature – conferences/meetings/incentives (groups = 10 rooms and more).

NEW YEAR POLICY
Between the dates of 30 December and 01 January (both dates inclusive), a 3-night minimum length of stay is required.
Cancellation and Late Amendment charges of full length of stay apply over New Year Period.
HB and FB Packages include set menus only and do not apply during New Year’s Eve

NO SHOW
Please note that bookings cancelled or amended which are made on Best Available Rate can be cancelled as per the Best Available Rate Cancellation Policy, which is provided at the time of booking.
No Shows, early departures and booking ammendments are subject to 100% charges
